Located on the West Shore, just outside Victoria BC, it's just minutes
away from the city as well as the Bear Mountain Golf Resort. Fine
dining, theatres, parks and shopping are at your fingertips.
You will enjoy a private lakefront property, with its own dock and
absolutely stunning views. Enjoy an enormous deck, dining area,
large cosy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped California-style

The picturesque front yard boasts lovely perennials, as well as
several varieties of apple trees. The lake front yard offers a spectacular
view. A private dock awaits you, with water warm enough for swimming during the summer
months. For those who love to fish, the large lake is aerated,
and freshly stocked with different fish - such as Cutthroat, Lake
Trout and Bass. Motorized boats are not permitted on Langford
Lake, so you can relax in the quiet and beauty. The property is surrounded
by many varieties of privacy enhancing trees and shrubs, and is
located in a very nice, quiet residential neighbourhood. Please

For your comfort, - wifi access is provided. It has all the major
appliances - fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even a washer
and dryer. The kitchen was designed to appeal to gourmet cooks,
as well as to be a quick preparation centre, with an open concept
that looks through the living room. The suite has hardwood floors
throughout and light abounds.
